Any remarks regarding the product or size should be reported to the courier immediately for on-the-spot exchange if available.
5. Non-Reception and Delivery Fees

If an order is not received or is delayed upon the courier's arrival without a valid reason, the shipping fees will be charged to the customer on their next purchase.

Repeated non-reception of orders will result in the suspension of Cash on Delivery (COD) services, and pre-payment will be required for future orders.
