1. Inspection Upon Delivery

You are allowed to inspect your order upon receipt in the presence of the courier for a maximum of 10 minutes.

If you have any remarks or wish to exchange a size, you can inform the courier immediately for an instant exchange, provided the required size is available.
2. Exchange Policy

After the courier leaves, exchange requests are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Please keep all original tags and packaging to ensure the eligibility of the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are not available; we only offer exchanges within the available stock.
4. Non-Reception Policy

In case of non-reception or delay of the order upon the courier's arrival without a clear reason, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer on their next visit.

In the event of repeated non-reception, the Cash on Delivery (COD) service will be suspended for the customer, and pre-payment will be required for any subsequent orders.
