Return and Refund Policy

At KOON, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges:

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • You are allowed to inspect your order upon receipt in the presence of the courier for a maximum of 10 minutes.

  • If you have any remarks or wish to exchange a size, you can inform the courier immediately for an instant exchange, provided the required size is available.

2. Exchange Policy

  • After the courier leaves, exchange requests are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Please keep all original tags and packaging to ensure the eligibility of the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Refund Policy

  • Please note that refunds are not available; we only offer exchanges within the available stock.

4. Non-Reception Policy

  • In case of non-reception or delay of the order upon the courier's arrival without a clear reason, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer on their next visit.

  • In the event of repeated non-reception, the Cash on Delivery (COD) service will be suspended for the customer, and pre-payment will be required for any subsequent orders.

  • We kindly ask our customers to respond to the courier within the specified timeframes to maintain service quality and delivery speed.
