  • We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we strive for maximum speed to maintain our service quality.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Please note that in cases of non-reception or rescheduling without a valid reason, the shipping cost will be added to your next order.

3. Inspection Period

  • To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 10-minute inspection window while the courier is at your door.

  • You are encouraged to check the product and size during this time.

4. Order Receipt & Non-Reception

  • Our couriers will contact you to coordinate the delivery time. Please ensure you are available to respond to maintain service speed.

  • If an order is not received after arrival without a clear reason, the shipping fees for that attempt will be recorded and charged on your subsequent visit.

  • Repeated non-reception will result in the suspension of the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, requiring pre-payment for future orders.
